Excellent High-Temperature Resistance
A special metal mesh structure is introduced into the PTFE layer and combined with a spiral winding process. This allows the PTFE layer to expand and contract in accordance with the steel outer shell, while also increasing strength and improving its resistance to both positive and negative pressures. The product can withstand high and low temperature cycles for long periods, significantly extending its service life.
Extreme Negative Pressure Resistance
A special steel-lined, integrated spiral wound support is used to significantly enhance the PTFE layer's negative pressure resistance, enabling full vacuum (FV) operation at 180°C. The combination of a spiral wound metal mesh and PTFE, combined with a spiral wound PTFE support, perfectly addresses the demanding conditions of high-temperature, full vacuum operation.
Large-diameter 3D simulation design
Through 3D simulation and real-time vacuum testing, we optimized the structural design and resolved the manufacturing challenge of excessive internal stress in large-diameter fluorine-lined pipes, achieving industry-leading performance consistency.
