90° lining elbow

1. Pipeline and pipe fitting are hydraulically tested according to 1.5 multiples of design pressure.

2. The PTFE lining is hydraulically tested, 100% tested for soundness and inspected for its leakage by means of sparking test.

3. Application specifications

a. Nominal diameter：DN25~DN300

b. Production length：≤4000mm

c. Applicable temperature：-20~200℃

d. Applicable media：can be used to convey any concentration of strong acid, strong alkaline, organic solvent, strong oxidant, toxic, volatile and inflammable chemical media.
