Features of wedge Gate valve
1. Valve body applies structural type that suit for the processing requirements of lining; the parts, including the cavity of valve body, bonnet, wedge disc, valve spindle, which its surface directly contacts the medium, shall be lined with FEP(F46) or PCTFE (F3) and other fluoplastics;
2. The sealing pair is FEP(F46)/FEP(F46) or other materials combination, resulting in small friction coefficient and low opening/closing torque;
3. The packing is standard PTFE (F4), with excellent sealing performance and is convenient for maintenance and replacement;
4. The elastic wedge disc has sound coincidence and ideal sealing effect by compensating the sealing deviation between the sealing face of the wedge disc and the valve seat;
5. The medium can flow through the gate valve at any direction of both sides, it is applicable for being the closure device in the pipeline that the direction the medium is possible to be changed.
