Fluoroplastics-lined diaphragm valve
1.The composite diaphragm separates the lower cavity of valve body from the cavity of bonnet, and forms a straight-flow passageway, which enable the stem and disc of the at the top of diaphragm to be completely separated from the medium, ensuring the purity of the medium, and avoiding both internal and external leakage
2.By applying the diaphragm compositely made from FEP(Teflon) fluoroplastics and compound rubber and Teflon fluoroplastics-lined valve, it is applicable for various strong corrosive media except for molten alkali and fluorine.
3. The diaphragm as the actuator is easily broken due to frequent closing, and shall be replaced regularly according to specific work conditions, medium and features.
4. The corrosion-resisting performance and recommended operating temperature of fluoroplastics is seen in “Fluoroplastic lining performance sheet applicable for valve and pipeline accessories”.
