1.Swing-type Check valve
Main models include fully-lined Model H44F46 and single-disc swing-type Model H74F46 and double-disc swing-type Model H76F46, while all of structural types are that the disc is rotated, opened/closed around the pin(shaft) outside of the seat to prevent return flow. The features of Model H44F46 and H74F46 Check valves are that the integral structure of pin (shaft) and disc where fully-FEP-lined pin (shaft) is embedded in the special groove between valve body and bonnet, contributing to flexible opening and closing and reliable sealing, however, the features of Model H72F46 and H76F46 check valves: besides of valve body and disc, the return spring, with reasonable structure, is also fully lined with corrosion-resisting fluoroplastics, enables the disc to produce enough sealing pressure even in low-pressure area so as to ensure the sealing reliability of valves in low-pressure area.
2. Vertical lift check valve
Main models include fully-lined Model H40F46, Model H42F46 and Model H71F46, where Model H40F46 is a new structure, its disc is hemispherical , common features is that fluorine-lined disc is vertically motioned along the axis of valve body passageway.
3. Lift-type check
Main models: fully-lined Model H41F46 straight lift-type check valve, has the structural features that the fluorine-lined disc is vertically motioned as perpendicular to the inlet and outlet axis of the valve body, that is, realizing the opening and closing procedure of the valve.
Design specifications: as per GB/T 12224、HG/T 3704 standards and Q/NFL enterprise standard.
